With all the holiday excess, help your body re-balance itself by eating healthier foods between the festivities. Keto Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 avocado
1 scoop vanilla keto protein powder
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon liquid stevia (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine spinach, kale, coconut milk, avocado, protein powder, flaxseed, lemon juice and stevia (if using).
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
